According to the Harvard School of Public Health the benefits of a diet rich in fruit and vegetables include: reduced risk of heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduced digestive problems, reduced risk of cancer, maintains healthy blood sugar,

They say that the variety is more important than the quantity, and by eating a range of colours you will get more nutrients into your body. Therefore, Texas Superfood should help provide these benefits as you can see from the above there is a huge range of fruits and vegetables.

The inclusion of a range of enzymes in Texas Superfood help with a range of digestive health problems. They assist the body in breaking down fats, proteins and carbohydrates.

There has been some debate whether you get different results depending on whether you use capsules or powder, which has the most nutrients and which gets faster results.

Capsules usually are not designed for instant results, but designed to work their way into your system more slowly as it takes time to dissolve and then be absorbed.

Powders do not have this problem and usually work faster at being absorbed if you have mixed it with enough water.
Over the long run, there should not be much difference as your body will still be getting the same nutritional content.

Some users mentioned that the benefits took a few weeks to kick in, and also that they noticed a drop in their energy levels on days they did not take the supplement.

Whilst the reviews are mostly positive, there are some negative reviews. The main comments made by users were that they did not notice any difference when taking the product, and a couple mentioned taking the product resulted in constipation.
