What Is Total Living Drink Greens?
Total Living Drinks Green is a green superfood supplement that also contains 11g of plant protein.
It’s designed to provide a range of health benefits like improving digestion, enhancing overall wellness and boosting your energy levels.
It’s called ‘Total Living’ as it is designed to help improve all aspects of your health, and live a fuller life.
It contains multiple fruits and vegetables in powdered form, making it simple and easy for you to get a high amount of nutrients into your daily diet.
Most greens supplements make similar promises but the benefits you receive are determined by the level of nutrition they include, which can vary dramatically!
Let’s have a look at the ingredients to see what benefits you could expect.
Ingredients of Total Living Drink Greens
First Impression
The first thing we noticed when looking at Total Living Drink Greens supplement facts was the ‘Amount per Serving’ shows the quantity of each individual nutrient and ingredient.
This is quite rare for superfood products because many use proprietary blends which don’t disclose the quantity of each ingredient.
This is really helpful because it offers transparency and allows us to see the level of benefits we could expect.
However, one downside we notice is that the natural fruit and vegetable formula does not have the quantities disclosed.
We do know there is 2000mg of spirulina which means there is about 1000mcg on average of each other ingredient which is still a good amount.
As you can see from the supplement facts above Total Living Drink Greens has a big list of ingredients. Let’s take a look at a few of them to see their benefits:
Spirulina
Spirulina is included in the fruit and vegetable formula so the supplement facts doesn’t show the amount.
However the Total Living Drink Greens website mentions that 2000mg of spirulina has been added to each serving!
Spirulina is seen as one of the healthiest of superfoods. It is rich in B vitamins and is a powerful antioxidant.
It is thought to provide a range of health benefits, from protecting against disease, lowering cholesterol, controlling blood sugar levels and improve muscle strength.
As a comparison, our recommended supplement SuperGreen TONIK contains one of the highest levels of nutrients of all superfood products and also contains 2000mg of spirulina.
Plant Protein
Total Living Drink Greens contains 11g of vegan protein.
Most greens superfood supplements don’t contain protein so this added feature provides another benefit for this product.
This is a healthy way of getting the required amount of protein into your diet.
Vegan protein helps build and maintain muscle mass, improve energy levels, and is essential for the production of enzymes that help with digestion and metabolism.
Vitamin B12
The vitamin B12 content is considerably high at 500mcg per serving. According to Mayo Clinic the recommended daily dosage is 2.4mcg per day but there seems to be no upper limit set so high dosages appear to be safe.
Vitamin B12 is an important nutrient that helps the body’s nerve and blood cells make DNA. It is thought to help prevent anemia and could even help reduce symptoms of depression.
Potassium
Potassium ensures the normal functioning of cells, nerves and muscles. Total Living Drink Greens contains 560mcg per serving which is a good amount of Potassium.
It is thought adults need between 3500-4700mcg of Potassium per day.
Antioxidants
Antioxidants help fight free radicals which are responsible for oxidation and a number of diseases.
Total Living Drink Greens contains 2425mg per serving.
Probiotics
Probiotics are good bacteria that help improve digestion and gut health.
Gut health has been linked with the health in other areas of the body, such as the immune system, brain health and heart health.

They focus on a few complimentary areas of health which include nutrition, colon and intestinal health, ageing (collagen) and immunity.
It is hard to find much information about the company but it appears they have been around since the late 2000’s and we have not found any bad press.
While there is some helpful advice regarding health on their blog it would be nice to have more details about the company.
Most superfood and supplements brands provide a background to the company. We are also used to seeing information on product quality and standards, but there is no information regarding this.
Price
1 Bag (2.65lbs / 30 servings) = $99
Option to subscribe and get a 15% discount = $84.15
This is one of the more expensive superfood supplements we have come across.
Some greens supplements are available for $20-$40 but others like Athletic Greens, SuperGreen TONIK or Morning Complete can cost $70-$100 or more.
We have found the price often reflects the level of nutrition in the product. Total Living Drink Greens has proven to be very high in vitamins and nutrients and the price reflects this.
Our Verdict
Total Living Drink Greens is one of the more expensive supplements we have seen at $99 but it includes a lot of ingredients and a high level of nutrition.
This is a multi purpose product with ingredients that provide antioxidants, protein, vitamins, probiotics. There are likely to be health benefits to consuming this level of nutrition and most customers are happy with the product.
There remains some unanswered questions like are the ingredients organic? Is the product gluten free?
Most superfood supplements disclose information about the manufacturing standards and product quality. If you’re paying nearly $100 it would be nice to know more about how the product is made and where the ingredients come from.
Other than this Total Living Drink Greens seems like a good product with high nutritional value.
